Point Piper Residential Refurbishment

When managing this project we assisted the clients with the intended design and also supported with the development application and the construction certificate.

Working alongside structural engineers and demolition experts, a large kitchen extension was constructed.

FCC employed a wide range of suppliers and sub-contractors during the course of this project.

Bellevue Hill Residential Refurbishment

Shortly after client purchase this large, modern style residential property was handed over to us to manage its refurbishment. We worked alongside a designer to ensure that it was completely restored both internally and externally.

This project involved sourcing imported stone from Europe and the installation of a contemporary kitchen. We also renovated four bathrooms and various rooms to meet the clients high design standards.

Bondi Pavilion Community Cultural Centre Refurbishment (Waverley Council Project)

Working alongside Waverley Council FCC completed all the internal and external carpentry work. This project involved specialised joinery and carpentry work.

Timber panels were individually cut to measure and fitted from wall to ceiling.
This work was recognised by the ‘Master Builder’s Association’ and was nominated for an award.

Darlinghurst Commercial Refurbishment

We worked closely with a designer on this Commercial project.

This office fit out involved specialist joinery and glazing. A high quality finish was evident in the pictures displayed.
